Having expertise in website creation and maintenance, operations management, client support and administrative skills Nichole has over two decades of diverse professional experiences.
In 1999, Nichole was one of 7 co-founders who started up “C Space” (formerly Communispace) in Boston. She held various roles including Design and Production Manager, overseeing Associate Community Managers, and serving as Executive Assistant to the Founder/CEO. She has cultivated and managed hundreds of thriving B2B and B2C online communities during her time there. She configured and optimized the front-end of thousands of global private online communities for incentivized engagement. Assisted the UX/UI Vice President by conducting sandbox testing experiences to establish more sleek and intuitive future releases. Bug reproduction and bug resolution testing. Collaborated with the Production team - as a 'client liaison' and knowing helpdesk history I had a vital role in helping with QA testing within staging sites. Co-wrote internal/external communications before software releases.
Along with her business partner, Nichole co-founded and operated Trade Wind Cleaning. A professional cleaning company where she gained valuable entrepreneurial insight by specializing in residential and vacation properties across Martha's Vineyard and the South Shore. Notably, Nichole fostered a culture of innovation and efficiency, propelling the company to the forefront of the cleaning service industry. By introducing client portal Nichole revolutionized communication with the property owners by providing real-time access to reports, invoices, tenant damage documentation, pictures, and laundry receipts.
Earlier in her career Nichole's foundation in collaboration and liaising abilities was built during her fast-paced marketing roles at Beacon Skanska Construction (formerly Beacon Construction) and Symmes Maini & McKee Associates, an architectural and engineering firm. Here, she honed her ability to meet tight deadlines and craft compelling responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) for clients ranging from prestigious institutions such as Harvard University to public entities like Chelsea High School.Crafting compelling responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) within tight deadlines. She has collaborated effectively with teams to meet overnight deadlines, and even hand-delivered proposals on short notice, demonstrating her dedication and resourcefulness.
