Team member Tamara Gardellis is a seasoned marketing strategist with 20 years of experience working with prominent brands such as Nike, ExxonMobil, State Farm, Seagram’s Gin, Martell Cognac, McDonalds, The Port Authority of NY & NJ, and TIAA Bank. Throughout her career, she has championed the belief that brands should transcend profit margins and market share to recognize and honor the communities that contribute to their success. By actively supporting education, entrepreneurship, and social equity within these communities, she has cultivated mutually beneficial relationships where her clients' brands not only thrive but also make a meaningful impact on the communities that support them.

A long-time activist and a graduate of the University of Virginia, Tamara began her career as Rev. Al Sharpton’s youth leader and later served as the Director of Programs for the Amadou Diallo Foundation. Through the foundation's participation in the UN World Conference on Racism and Xenophobia, she brought the issue of police brutality to light in an international forum nearly 20 years before the Black Lives Matter movement.
